Data we collect

• Account: e-mail address, username, password (stored exclusively in hashed form), language.
• Subscription and billing (once paid plans open): subscription history and payment data processed by our provider Stripe — Selyor never stores card numbers.
• Support: content of messages sent via the contact form or support.
• Technical logs: IP addresses and timestamps related to logins and requests, for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

The website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers: only session tokens strictly necessary to the service are kept in the local storage of your browser or of the Application.

Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service, managing accounts and subscriptions — performance of the contract.
• Security, fraud and abuse prevention (quotas, logs) — legitimate interest.
• Billing and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
• Answering support requests — performance of the contract / legitimate interest.

Recipients and processors

Data is processed by Stark Consulting and its strictly necessary processors: OVH SAS (hosting, France), Brevo (transactional e-mails, European Union) and, for payments, Stripe (some processing may take place in the United States, governed by GDPR-compliant safeguards). No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Retention periods

• Account data: for the duration of use of the service, then deletion upon request or after prolonged inactivity.
• Technical logs: 12 months at most.
• Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. To exercise them: contact@selyor.com — answer within one month at most. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Security

Exchanges are encrypted (TLS), passwords are hashed with robust algorithms, and server access is limited to what is strictly necessary. In the event of a data breach presenting a risk to your rights, you will be informed in accordance with the regulations.

Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated; the date at the top of the page prevails. Substantial changes will be notified to users holding an account.
